Blake Barnett not at practice?

Any word on why BB was not at practice today? I sure hope he is happy here cause I would hate to lose him.

If it's something to fix a nagging injury or something like that then that is great for us to get him healthy for the QB battle next year. Now if it's something else, this sucks!

LOL - Bessie's safe tonight, at least at my place. I can't speak for the rest of the greater Lee County area though!

He tweeted yeasteday "New Day New Battle", which was followed by a get well soon tweet from someone else. He responded with thank you, Clearly Barnet is injured or sick.

Somewhat of an update from al.com

Alabama freshman quarterback Blake Barnett has been in the hospital since Monday, according to posts from Barnett on Instagram and Snapchat.

Barnett has had multiple posts on both sites highlighting the process, including one on Snapchat Tuesday saying he had undergone multiple blood transfusions.
