Alabama basketball had three players score in double digits to help push the Crimson Tide past the Kennesaw State Owls, 77-64, on Friday evening in front 14,970 fans inside Coleman Coliseum. The win was the first of head coach Avery Johnson's collegiate coaching career. The 14,970 fans at tonight's game was the largest crowd at a home opener since a crowd of 15,043 fans were in attendance against North Carolina in the 1989 season opener.
