Tony Brown was sent home in December. He's still with the team in Tuscaloosa.

Re: Saban Announces Tony Brown is Going Home for a Violation of Team Rules

I question more than your character if you try and fight one of our defensive linemen.
I would question his sanity first. If I am a DB there is not person in that front 7 I would want to mess with...

If I'm Chuck Norris, I leave those guys alone.

Might not be related, but Cyrus Jones just tweeted:

@CyJones_ Y'all media people be so excited to put something negative out there. Don't speak on something y'all don't know! #DontAssumeGetFacts
Exactly. I think Tony will end up being a great foot player. Kids(and yes, they're kids) make mistakes.
He's helped us a lot this year in my opinion.

Think about this for a moment....this team has reportedly been more focused this week than the entire year. So focused, that they voted to send a teammate home who wasn't taking this as seriously as he should. Chill bumps

Saban is a genius.... Teaching players how to be leaders. The Council idea is brilliant.

And then you've got Eddie and Dillon about to fight at the end of the game, over preserving the shut out

This, I didn't really understand. I get the intensity and excitement, but what on earth could they have been fighting about?

Probably the yardage being given up, and one questioning the other's desire

Saban Announces Tony Brown is Going Home for a Violation of Team Rules

Tony Brown was at the celebration today smiling and taking pictures with everyone. Looks like he's getting one more chance. He's #7, standing in front of Henry to the right..

Are you sure that's him? Cam Sims wears #7 also and is 6' 4" and #7 in that photo looks taller than Derrick.

That's him. He was also in one of the parade photos on one of the carts and you could see his name on the back of the jersey. Hope he takes advantage of this second chance.

I think you're right about the photo being of Cam Sims. But Aaron Suttles on Twitter posted a pic of TB at the celebration today as well. Good news if he can get it together. Still think he could learn a lot from KD#17 if he'll just LISTEN AND APPLY!
