Alabama will open the 2016 Southeastern Conference slate when it travels to Oxford, Miss., to take on the Ole Miss Rebels on Thursday at 8 p.m. CT. It will mark the inaugural game played in the Rebels’ brand new 9,500-seat arena – The Pavilion at Ole Miss.

Big game for Alabama tonight. Anyone know if Shannon Hale is good to go? Really need this W because we play Kentucky next and that will probably be a loss. Don't want to start off conference play 0-2..

There's no doubt we'll be inspired. Coach Johnson will make sure of that. But that doesn't necessarily translate into an SEC road victory. I certainly hope so though and will be pulling hard for the team.
I'll be watching either on the computer or the TV. I can't keep up with all the channels anymore.
