Re: Super Bowl XXXXX

Just not Carolina's night. Dang.
I'm tellin ya - all over town there have been for two weeks tents set up selling Carolina Super Bowl attire, pennants, whatever. I just can't handle the deluge of "Super Bowl Champions" for the next 3-4 months. Besides, third world kids need t-shirts.

Re: Super Bowl XXXXX

Newton had the jitters at the start of the game and missed open receivers. He started the 2nd half like he may be on track with his throws.

Denver receivers couldn't get open in the 1st half; maybe they have found something on their 1st drive.

Sanders is great at settling in creases too. Not sure why it wasn't a part of their gameplan out of the gate.

Re: Super Bowl XXXXX

One area that has hurt the Broncos D at times were teams with multiple quality receivers. Carolina doesn't really have the receivers you'd expect from a team tops in the league on offense. Ginn and Brown overachieved which helped them not having Benjamin this year. Olsen is their best receiver...he's not getting many looks.

Apologies for not keeping up with the League . . . Supposedly there are three former Alabama players with the Panthers. They are ? . . . .

And with the Broncos? . . . .
