I don't think anyone is denying Obama the right to nominate a replacement.

Because I'm such a problem solver this one is free.

1) Obama nominates himself to SCOTUS (this would out-Trump Trump)

2) The GOP agrees to vote him in after the DNC....where the super delegates nominate Biden for President. (This out-Clintons Clinton, too)

3) Biden runs against whoever.

Literally the only person in the USA who would be mad about it is Hillary.

Call it bringing America together. Hell, appoint a special prosecutor for Benghazi, too.

Can Republicans really block Obama’s Supreme Court nomination for a year? Probably.

This is going to get interesting. The repercussion(s) from the voters if this happens could swing the entire election.
