Just remember that everyone eligible to vote in this election is stupid enough to wind up on jury duty.

It's one thing to demonstrate Hillary lies (low threshold) or Trump lies (even lower threshold). It's another thing altogether to make their voters actually give a damn.

This is part of why we're seeing record numbers of exonerations and wrongful convictions being found. It's easy for a slick prosecutor to dupe the people that they don't remove for showing an ounce of intelligence.

Here's what the press understands: if I play something up, we get good ratings, and I get a raise.

And it's not just politics. They pounded Tim Tebow into us with ridiculous repetition. I never hated Tebow at all (he seems like a cool enough guy), I hated being force fed Skip Bayless tongue bathing and (pick the name of your favorite black critic - that's who it was on ESPN, not to say they didn't sometimes have legitimate points) criticizing.

Same thing with Tiger Woods. I never had anything against Tiger - but I'd watch the media tell me how terrible any event he failed to make the cut in was - merely due to the fact he wasn't there.

The simple truth is that the press lacks expertise on virtually every single subject - which is why they hire what they call 'experts,' who are often times silver-tongued devils. Think about it: how would the press have ANY way of actually KNOWING what credentials are really important?

Well, that doesn't make any sense. It's the Affordable Care Act. How can something affordable have out of control prices? The government has declared this affordable. Economics is obviously wrong.

One of the many beautiful things about capitalism is its constant adaptation to the wants and needs of the consumers. However, with top down, socialist, centralized planning, it's the consumers that have to adapt to bureaucratic whim, which is unconstrained by any market forces (much less common sense). Case in point: the left wing solution for failing Obamacare? More Obamacare. Just a little bit more government intervention and we'll be all right.

Me, too (or Pence for that matter, even though I know you don't see it that way, which is fine).


But that will never happen. She didn't stay with that philandering dweeb and sacrifice all self-respect to jump ship ten days out.

Of course, the party COULD repudiate her, but we ARE talking about Democrats here....
