Well, that doesn't make any sense. It's the Affordable Care Act. How can something affordable have out of control prices? The government has declared this affordable. Economics is obviously wrong.
One of the many beautiful things about capitalism is its constant adaptation to the wants and needs of the consumers. However, with top down, socialist, centralized planning, it's the consumers that have to adapt to bureaucratic whim, which is unconstrained by any market forces (much less common sense). Case in point: the left wing solution for failing Obamacare? More Obamacare. Just a little bit more government intervention and we'll be all right.
