My favorite comics as a little kid were The Avengers, Flash, and the X-Men....

When I was a teen -- I got into Daredevil big at a time when Frank Miller was writing and the storyline was Kingpin, Punisher and Elektra....and Animal-Man when Grant Morrison was writing. I'm way more of a Marvel guy overall....but I've always like The Flash....and I enjoyed Season 1 of the new TV Show -- and waiting on Season 2 to hit Netflix so I can binge watch....

My feelings on the matter expressed far better than I ever could:


He does diverge a little. I don't think the Superman character is portrayed where his disguise is a critique on the human race, more that he is capable of humbling himself to serve better.
