Why would they get upset with this? Lucifer isn't Satan. (I doubt Boehner knows this, but I'd expect the Satanists to know it). This is one of those Latinisms that crept into the exegesis.

Yup, without getting into all of the meaning of the Hebrew term, it never ceases to amaze me how often people try to get cute using religious references and completely fail.
