Poll: How do you like your bacon? Crispy or Floppy?

Not sure how to answer. Crispy bacon is good, but my favorite is not crispy and I wouldn't call it floppy.

I'd say firm, but not crisp is the best.

I don't like bacon by itself. It has to be crispy and cut up and in something. Or wrapped around jalapeños..etc. but has to be crispy.

Crispy if as a side item or sandwich. On a burger, I like it to have a small amount of give without breaking into tiny pieces on the first bite.
