I'm undergoing a second round of PT for my hip. I did very well following the replacement surgery in Feb., 2015, but the hand and foot skin problem I developed caused me to be off my feet for the better part of a year. In turn, this caused a weakness to develop in my right hip adductors. The main symptom is developing pain in my right hip, when I try to walk more than a mile. In this round of PT, the exercises are split between those specifically for my hip and those for my rear, back and belly. IOW, it's right in tune with this article...

I'm not particularly old, but I've had back problems all my adult life. I can certainly relate as I fit the bill.

I wonder if going the Kim Kardashian route and getting butt implants would help.;)
