Clearly the laws need a bit of tweaking but I'd still argue Colorado to be a massive successMaybe legalization isn't all that great after all.

From article:Colorado isn't the only place that has illegal growers shipping out of their state. Simple answer - unschedule and legalize nationally.
There are still some black market booze and tobacco issues so I won't agree that this will fix everything, it won't, but it will eliminate a massive percentage of the problems. Course that is assuming that they don't screw it all up. Was reading about the problems Washington State is having for example. They got greedy and have taxed every bit of production to a point that the costs of legal are so high that the black market there is still thriving. People now feel emboldened because it is legal but those that had dealers pre-prohibition are not moving to the legal shops as the costs are 4x what the dealers charge. The shops are doing well but it is pretty clear that they messed upIf it was legalized to the extent alcohol is, these problems would be largely eliminated. There is a reason why there is no longer a large criminal black market for booze and all the violence that goes with it.
Our government can bankrupt a lemonade stand. State and local governments are just as greedy and stupid as the federal government. Geeze, they can screw up a sure thing. Yet still we've got those advocating for them to handle the most vital thing about our lives and that's our healthcare. LOL! We deserve what we get. There are still some black market booze and tobacco issues so I won't agree that this will fix everything, it won't, but it will eliminate a massive percentage of the problems.
