Fun little offseason, Friday afternoon question. Alabama entering Freshman were allowed to buy one of two ticket packages to football games. Which one would you buy if you were a FR?
Package A: WKU, Kentucky, Miss State, Chattanooga
Package B: Kent State, Texas A$M, Auburn
Clearly the marquee game is the iron bowl and that's probably why that package only has 3 games.
Many entering freshman, 54% last year to be exact, are from our of state. Most of them have likely never attended a game in BD so maybe the more the better for them?
My son went with B for the Iron Bowl, and because Kent State is family weekend. That will be his first BD experience. I'll be going to that one too, just not with him. On the day tickets went on sale, it opened up at 7:00a. he got his at 7:00:14. I believe Package B was sold out in a couple of hours.
