Thoughts on the Newest Staff Hire - UCF Head Coach Terry Rooney?

I'm for it. He's been a successful coach for some time, assistant and head coach. Having a staff with energy and years of coaching experience and can recruit.
I am assuming he will handle pitching?
On a side note, I got a buddy who knows him personally, so we plan on going to some games and hanging out with em! I am pumped!

That is what I heard an Orlando writer say on Travis Reier's show the other day.
Yea at one time he had a pretty strong program there. Hopefully he is a good recruiter of Georgia/Florida talent.
I am noticing a pattern with our men's programs. Football, basketball and baseball have had assistant coaches that were once head coaches. I don't know if that is an overall athletic program strategy but I think it is a really good idea. I like this hire.
