Actually really liked it, despite my overall negative feelings going in. It was funny and well done.
turn on your tv, it is probably on some station right now.surprisingly enough, i never saw the first one.
I have the same negative feelings. I'll probably wait and catch it on Amazon Instant Video at some point.Actually really liked it, despite my overall negative feelings going in. It was funny and well done.
who is enforcing that?apparently if you are a man, you are not allowed to not like it.
the director. he has been spouting off for months that all the haters are just sexist and misogynistic.who is enforcing that?
since i don't have any plans to see it, i guess i will be getting a visit from him soon.the director. he has been spouting off for months that all the haters are just sexist and misogynistic.
i think that about almost all remakesI don't have a problem with it starring women. I just picture it as a crew of women who work for the same company the guys in the first movie did.
I just don't see a point in doing a remake.

Because Hollywood hasn't had an original idea in the last 50+ years..I don't have a problem with it starring women. I just picture it as a crew of women who work for the same company the guys in the first movie did.

That's very interesting. I may use that for my freshman English classes this year.
I felt that way about Pierce as 007Some things just shouldn't be changed - just as Steve Martin will NEVER be Jacques Clouseau, these ladies (or anyone else) will NEVER be Ghostbusters - and I'll watch neither of them.
I read some of the tweets people were sending her. That was ridiculous. You know, I feel sorry for someone who has to deal with such stupidity and ignorance. So, she's a black woman in a movie, big deal. That doesn't give anyone the right to hurl racial epitaphs at her. I'm ashamed of my fellow human beings who said such vile and disrespectful things. Pathetic...absolutely pathetic.Doubt I will see it after reading Milo's review. The movie can't be as good as the Leslie Jones twitter meltdown yesterday...
