At a handicapped place. Pretty horrible. So bad that I'm gonna hold off on Japanese steak house jokes.
I've historically been against capital punishment, but if a guy does this and turns himself in, just take him out back and out a bullet in the back of his head.
Does Japan have the death penalty? If they don't they need to reinstate it. He is dangerously insane.
