McCaffrey's stats so far:

87 yards in the kickoff return game (thanks to the Huskies offense)
27 yards rushing on 8 attempts
2 yards receiving on 1 reception

So, he has 116 yards, but he is getting stuffed. Yeah, all purpose yardage stats are garbage.

ETA: Please note that your team gets 100 yards on 4 kickoffs if you just let the ball go into the end zone, so in reality McCaffrey has lost his team 13 yards on kickoffs. Hmmm

All-purpose yards was always a kind of joke stat the West Coast leaning national broadcasters leaned on last season (Fox being heavily invested in the Pac-12).

punt return yards, offensive yards, and average return per kick is what I care about for a guy like him.

He kinda cheesed returns in 2015...high total number of returns, like only top 15ish in average.

Stanford playing really undisciplined ball, but Washington is carving them up.

This one is already ugly, 23-0 Washington lead with 3:46 to go in the 2nd quarter.

Huskies kicked the ball 20 yards into the stands on that kickoff. I wonder if they will give McCaffrey 25 return yards to help his stats some more since they still get to start on the 25.

Stanford is down both of their starting corners and you can tell it. Corners don't have anything to do with their OL getting trashed though.

If this score holds McCaffrey is most likely out of the heisman race. As is Fournette. The winning QB (Jackson or Watson) of the Louisville-Clemson game will be in the drivers seat..

Whenever a guy wearing number 99 sacks your Quarterback, it's a bad day for your O-Line.

Washington is putting a hurting on Stanford.

This can't be helping McCaffrey's Heisman campaign.

Stanford is getting whooped in areas that are normally their calling card. OL looks poor. Defense is porous though admittedly a bit behind the 8ball with injuries in the secondary.

I can't really tell - Is Washington this good or is Stanford a lot worse than I thought? I guess that the season will tell us more as it plays out.

The trees look, at best, average and poorly prepared tonight. It's my first look at the Huskies this year. Hard to tell if Washington is playing that well or just look good due to Stanford's ineptness.
