We don't see Marlon thrown on a lot. One would assume he's got good blanket coverage keeping the ball from coming his way. Every now and then you see him give up a play. I just wonder how he's been grading out.
I would argue the same for Harrison/ Jones/ Brown. They've had their moments as well.To me he has made maybe the most mistakes on a defense that makes very little. Called for interference a good bit, beaten a good bit. Not a ton but not a first or second round pick. He hasn't done a great job finding the ball in the air. But he is very physical which has been good.
I'm with you, but if there is one pass that given up it's to him. I think Averett has outplayed him thus far. But it's only nitpicking on my part. Marlon is the man. Seriously!One more thing: Humphrey only gave up one long pass, but other than that he had a shutout day.
I agree. That's the difference in being a mid 2nd-late 3rd round pick to going in the first. It benefited Allen and Jackson to stick around and they are for sure 1st roundersStill believe he needs another year.
