True, but with as many hits as he has delivered, I found it interesting he's not forced a fumble this year.Well, he doesn't really have hands in a game - more like clubs.

But he has forced pain. Lot's of pain.True, but with as many hits as he has delivered, I found it interesting he's not forced a fumble this year.
To score in the red zone was very encouraging in the last game. It isn't like their defense was little sisters of the poor. They didn't allow scores there. We did it to them though. The defense is playing fantastic right now.
501 in offense isn't bad against that either.
Heck if this defense was playing in 92 and 78, we may have given up 25 points (for both seasons). That's no sarcasm. Built to stop everything.Fantastic, truly. But with modern rules, offenses, and player development, it's unlikely that team could hold their season score to 10x what they did then.
The game has just changed so dramatically.
Think about it - if you put the 2016 Bama D as it stands right now in 1961, would anyone score anything?
The '61 team (like the rightfully heralded 1992 D) is appreciated as it should be - but the modern game is so much more intense it's incomparable.
