They're the number one team from their region.
Here is their schedule.
8/30 at Walter Wellborn...28 - 14 (W)
9/07 at Guntersville..........3 - 35 (L)
9/14 Ashville..................27 - 0 (W)
9/21 at Boaz..................21 - 13 (W)
9/28 Weaver..................27 - 0 (W)
10/05 Cherokee County....24 - 20 (W)
10/12 Jacksonville...........28 - 7 (W)
10/19 at Alexandria.........31 - 20 (W)
10/26 Douglas................41 - 0 (W)
11/02 Munford.................7 - 27 (L)
They seemed to be pretty strong most of the year. Their first loss was to the defending 4A state champs. Not sure about the last one. Munford didn't make the playoffs but are in a very tough region in 3A. Their region champ, Clay County beat Benjamin Russell (5A playoff team) last Friday. You cant really tell without being there who might've rested starters and different things like that.
