Went to see some fake/"tribute" bands tonight ....
One was a band called "Poisoned" (Poison) , which was absolutely terrible . The other ripped the title "Appetite For Destruction" (Guns & Roses) and were fair ..... I guess -
BTW - Why is it when a bunch of 35 and 40 year olds attempt to re-live their youth , the evening has to be capped off with the always entertaining amateur hour bar brawl ?

No , not I . I was just a close spectator . My favorite part was the 100 pound girl who jumped into the pile - hilarious .

Slab , I had heard of the Floyd clones but , not the fake Beatles . There used to be a reat Zeppelin cover group called "Stairway to Heaven" back in the late 80's . There was also a Kiss tribute band that was pretty decent in those days and into the mid-90's but the one that was the best to me was "Mr. Crowley" (Ozzy) . Those guys are still at it but obviously the members are all different now . Here's a fairly recent sampling .....
