What to do in Columbus, GA?

Share

Anyone have good ideas for what to do on a date in Columbus, GA?

I live so close but I've never really been over there much and I'd really appreciate a local's guide to anything that would be fun in the area.

Re: What to do in Columbus, GA?

But check out the Carmike 15 at the new strip mall on Whittelesey blvd. If you go, be sure to see whatever is playing on the megascreen. It's by far better than most IMAX screens.

Also, the Coca-Cola Space Science Center is pretty awesome. You can also take the lady-friend down the River Walk.

Other than that... I couldn't really tell you. There's a lot to do, but nothing beyond what you'd do in any other town (bars, clubs, restaurants, etc).

Oh and be sure to avoid Victory Drive and North Highland.
