Actor Henry Gibson dead at 73

A very funny man with a huge range of talent. From Laugh-In, the Beverly Hillbillies, movies to stand up, Henry Gibson was a comic icon. Sad to see him go.

I didn't know until yesterday that his name was a play on the poet Henrik Ibsen's name. That he would introduce himself as Henrik Ibsen.

Of course, I was about 8 years old when Laugh-In was on the air. I was more interested in looking at Judy Carne and Goldie Hawn.
