If you don't know something first hand - and are willing to swear in a court of law, should it come to your having to defend yourself, you shouldn't post it.

I DON'T Trust the game in Pennington's hands. I don't care if he doesn't trust the game in mine. That's just a fact of life. This thread was about Pennington and I replied accordingly. President Bush doesn't have a chance to defend himself every time someone makes a remark about him, yet that doesn't stop people. And if you must know, yes, Pennington does have a chance to defend himself, he can get on this message board anytime he wants to and say exactly how he feels. Now I wasn't bashing him, all I did was say I didn't trust him with the game in his hands. I didn't call him any names, or discrimate against him in any way shape or form.

Spence didn't get much of a chance to prove himself last season, in that he went down with an injury to his shoulder almost as soon as Brodie did. We need to cut him some slack, especially with the inuendos. If it isn't documented in a legit link, it's hearsay.

I have seen him show nothing but heart and guts on the football and baseball field. He can get the job done. All we've seen is him suffering under Price's stupidity on A-day (1's vs. 2's) and then as TiM put it, not much of chance to show anything before being injured. Just like we're saying, you don't get a scholly to Miami to play QB if you don't have talent, you don't stick on the depth chart of the Tide that way either!
