I'll be getting The Show too. Supposedly I heard it is going to be the cream of the crop as far as how a baseball video game should be played. I'll give my two cents after I play it a few times, but I do want to know how MLB 2K8 is as well.

I love it. It is like real life in that sometimes you win em, and sometimes you lose em. It is a hard game but fun when you get used to it.

I have been playing MLB: The Show 08 for the past few weeks and in my opinion it is awesome! The road to the show mode is fun and will keep you entertained for a long time. Haven't played 2K8 but for what it's worth The Show 08 is worth the money if your a baseball fan.
