Is NCAA Football 09 for PS3 worth it?

I'm debating if I should get the game this year or just get the Madden game that is coming out next Tuesday. Don't get me wrong as I love college football games, but I want it to be worth every (almost) penny of it. What are the pros and cons for the game this year and should I get it over Madden?

It all depends on what system you are used to. I myself pefer Xbox.
