I just finished the 1st year of Alabama football in Dynasty and I was a National Champ winner. I beat Penn State 41-34. If our defense and Offense is just a smidge like the Offense and defense in the game. We will have a great year.

I've said the same thing to a couple people. Just don't put me behind the controls or we may have a disastrous season.

But our OL is horrid when running passing plays. They aren't too bad when I have Ingram running...but wow have I been sacked a lot on passing plays. Also...I almost always get hit after I get the pass off.
Another thing...if the pass has a chance of getting picked off...it does 95% of the time in this game. I guess that makes it more realistic...but wow.

Haha I agree on all points there too. Posted via Mobile Device
I had to rework my OL because i was getting alot of sacks. Then i decided to roll out 95 percent of the time. To keep away from the sacking. But the reworking actually made it a little better.

I believe there's a glitch with the game regarding the OTs and their pass blocking which is why there are seemingly so many sacks. Rolling out of the pocket is definitely not what you want to do this year, stepping up is much more effective (because the line will actually form a pocket, unlike previous years). Tweaking the sliders (which do work now) also helps some.

Yeah I have started stepping up in the pocket much more this year. Problem is that I almost always get hit after making a pass. I can't imagine what a QB would be like if he got hit as much as I do.

Be sure to adjust the O line to the D line front. If you know you are going to roll out of the pocket, adjust your O line to that direction. It does help to adjust the sliders as the DBs have better hands than my receivcrs and some of the LBs have the ups of LeBron and are psychic as well.
If you like to pass a lot, Texas Tech's playbook has been the best I've found so far.
I've found that Star J. is more effective at avoiding the sack. Passing abilities are comparable if you're not overly aggressive.
Also, is kickoff coverage hard for anyone else? I just got through UT in my first year of the dynasty and I've already had 3-4 kickoffs returned on me. Maybe I just suck at it. I keep the guys in their lanes.
If yall are wanting to run a playbook sorta similar to what we ran against VT, try out Indiana's playbook. They have a Pistol, some Ace formations, and the Wildcat out of the Shotgun.
