Great Story from ESPN on Bama Softball
This is a must read whether you are a softball fan or not.
I coached, high level, softball in the days when the SEC and southern softball in general were thought of as a joke to any team from the west. I remember the first time our team beat a California team in a regional tournament and qualified for the Nationals, we almost couldn't believe it ourselves; we knew then that the times were changing. That was fourteen years ago and today we have major news agencies doing write-ups like this: NCAA softball tournament: Alabama Crimson Tide look to solidify status with title - ESPN We have come a long way baby....  ROLL TIDE!
