Pick the Score: Alabama vs. Florida

Well, I think this will be one for the ages. Back and forth and what not. I think, in the end, you will have Bama down by 1-4 points and score a TD to win, much like we did against Auburn. I think we just play ball control and kill the clock as much as we can.

I think this game will be like that. Whoever wins I don't think it will be as close as people are saying.
The big key to this game to me is that I think Bama is just simply too physical on both sides of the ball.
Plus, I think Dunlaps suspension is absolutely HUGE.

I could see your score only if we threw 2 pick six, otherwise I see this with a differential of 7 or less with scores in the teens for both teams. Dunlap will be missed but we are deep and his absence will not be absolutely HUGE-Trattou will be quite significant in stats this Sat. Dont think Florida is physical on both sides of the ball? Moody looks good to go-between Moody and Tebow there will be physicality and then speed with Demps and Rainey on O. Our whole D is physical. Our weakness is our O line which I hope will be shored up by the pouncy boys. I'd love to see some Wildcat with Tebow flanking wide. Maybe a few snaps with Brantley under center to mix it up. Brantley to Tebow for 6 would be cool.

Arkansas out physicalled Florida for four quarters and we rolled over Arkansas like they were a wet paper bag. Florida's very gifted. very talented. But physical they're not.

I guess Bama is just better than Florida. We will see on Saturday who is more physical. I think you will be surprised by how physical they are. Some games they show up and others thye do not. For ARK they did not.

Don't interpret my opinion as any type of insult please. Florida is an outstanding football team. But they're more finesse than smash mouth.
But in games like this, more times than not, the team that can line up and whip somebody has an advantage. I don't think Florida can do that to Bama.
But Bama can indeed do that to Florida, especially with Dunlap out.
That kid cost his team in a big way. He's that good, and i don't need to hear about depth. He's the best defensive player on the team. That's gonna hurt.

You bring out a very good point that I've thought about all year.
We really haven't played a great game yet, where the offense, defense, and special teams are all clicking on the same day.

Going with the threadstarter because this is the score I picked at work.

BAMA 21
Florida 20

I picked this because of the defenses, but it is kinda hard to believe both teams will score this few points. As long as BAMA's on top...it's all good.:)

I hope the distractions really work on fla this week, but I think CUM is really good at avoiding distractions.
