The first version of SP+ rankings for 2020 has Alabama at No. 1 and is surprisingly high on Texas. Where does your team fit?

Like all preseason rankings these numbers are based on returning starters, schedule, talent and etc., etc. I think the numbers represent the point spread -- they usually do. Alabama would be a 6.1 fav or Georgia.

They're just power rankings, not spreads. If you look at the early spreads that came out, we're giving LSWho 3...
