I think you might be right. Our Oline looked pretty meh this year. Bryce was running for his life all season. While O'Brien had some questionable calls sometimes, better Oline play could have made a bad call successful.

yes, but there are also things that can be done with different formations that make it harder for the Defense to disguise pressure packages so the OL has a better chance of calling the right protection packages, and we didn't use this very effectively at all last season.

Dooley has experience from being TE coach. He and Joe Cox can definitely benefit from each other. It's a huge asset for alabama football program.

Not unexpected. Most thought after Harsin brought him in as an analyst, then promoted him to receivers coach when he fired Cornelius Williams, he was the most logical choice when Austin Davis backed out.
