Low ankle sprain. Someone told me that a low ankle sprain is better than a high ankle sprain I’m not an expert so I don’t know.
"High ankle sprain" is a misnomer, since it doesn't necessarily even involve the ankle. In HAS, the ligaments and tendons holding the tibia and fibul together are damaged - stretched or even parted. The "tight rope" procedure is a simple one, on paper at least. It just binds the two bones together artificially, taking the strain off the healing body parts and greatly speeding the healing process...
