I would like to think that there will be just ONE game this year when the TIDE puts it all together and plays a complete game. {i.e. - no dropped passes in the end zone, no over throws to wide open tight ends within the 20, no pulling guards that over run a LB on a 4 and 2 play, etc..) Just maybe this game will happen in knoxville. Having said that, I fully expect the game this weekend to be very similiar to the florida game. Alabama will score enough to keep the game very close in a hostile enviroment but in the end will make too many mistakes in the 4th qtr to pull it off. I see a 17 - 14 ball game going into the
4th qtr with the vols pulling away to 31 - 17 for a final score.

No one would be more happier than me to be wrong!

Its been a season of near misses for us this season with the exception of The Monroe game. Nearly win the ones we weren't favored to win and nearly lose the ones we were. I expect that trend will continue this saturday. We nearly beat UT but find a way to let it not be done.

Bama has a reasonable chance in this one ... less so if KB/DJ/JJ/JPW are not 100 per cent.

If I must be Mr. Objective Prognosticator, I'd say UT pulls away late at home ... 24 - 13.

I really dont know what to predict I think we match up well against them and Shula knows how to prepare a good game plan in big games. This is a rivalry game and emotions take over in games like this so I can see this game going either way.

Wow,I guess you missed the barn game last year! I would love to see Bama beat Ucheat 20-14,but my head says it will be like last years Barn game without the last quater TD so 28-10 the cheaters.I hate it but the 3-3-5 that can't pressure the qb will kill us and we struggled to score on a very Bad OM D.

I watched the Auburn game last year and Bama didnt show up for that game last year against Auburn. They played with no passion after that LSU game against the Barn. They put everything on the line in that LSU game. These predictions are hilarious to me, you guys are acting as if Tennessee is some well oiled machine and cant be stopped. Bama will not lose by 20 to 30 points the game will be close and like I said I predict Bama to win only because I did before the season but I see this game as a toss up.

I've had time to think about it...

I said 28-13 yesterday, based on what I've seen from both teams.

They had an impressive win over Cal, though everyone has to admit Cal fell way short of their expectations this year. However, I went back and looked back at UT's other games. They had to hold off Air Force at home and they had UF down for the count, but let it slip away.

I think Darby's on the verge of a breakout game. There would be no better time than this Saturday.

Bama moves the ball well between the two 20 yard lines. Scoring in OT in the red zone did give me a little hope.

We are so close to putting 30+ points on the board in an SEC game.

I think it may be asking a lot to keep UT under 20 points, but who knows?

I have faith again...
