The only reason Indiana has 20 is a fumble deep in Penn st territory caused by a lineman that had a state Penn receiver by the ankle and fell on his lower leg . The receiver had a choice, hold the ball and possibly break his leg or fumble the ball and brace himself to protect his leg.
