ESPN is tired of Alabama winning. I don't put anything past them. I don't think it's far fetched at all.

FWIW, I never thought he would leave the west coast. He threw out Alabama as a finalist to build drama so he could announce on ESPN. I honestly believe that ESPN wanted him to build the drama just so he could spite us on national TV. I hate that network so much.

Something about this recruitment makes me mad and this type of thing has become a trend. He seems like an individual who enjoys the limelight and I believe someone or something told him to build drama by saying that Alabama was his favorite. The type that would sit out a bowl game to preserve...

They are allowed to participate in practices but not formally be involved in the team. Hurts did the same thing before the title game where we beat Clemson in 2015.

Good thing we have another couple of weeks until the game kicks off. If it were this weekend I would be very concerned. The extended time should prove beneficial.

Re: Jalen should consider declaring for the draft. I think a lot of it was media talking heads hoping he would leave because they're tired of our program winning. Thankfully he tuned that BS out and stuck out the season.

I think Ole Miss is a reasonable comparison though maybe somewhat better. I keep thinking of the style that Ole Miss has played the last three years as a good reference for this game. Or is that a stretch ?

Exactly. It's fake news from a shock jock looking to troll for ratings. I know Saban wouldn't leak anything to anyone outside of press interviews. But I do like the idea of Oklahoma having to prepare for both QBs because they are uniquely different.
