I wish we could have that 4th and 1 back. I was actually yelling at the TV to go for it, but that is NOT what I was thinking we would call. Why a left to right run call on 4th and 1? I think the analytics are very favorable with a QB sneak, or a even a high percentage pass, maybe an rpo.

Whatever happens, it's been a successful season. That said, it's not over yet. A score on the first drive can begin to turn this game around.

Crazy thing is, this should still be a 3-0 game right now, or potentially 7-3 lead. If not for going for it on 4th down (which I agreed with at the time), and the fumble when we were driving, it's a completely different game. But of course media will talk about how it's some sort of blowout.

Not just top 4. He was committed to A&M for over 4 months, until Auburn swooped in at the last minute with more $$$$. This is why that strategy isn't the smartest. Anyone who will decommit like that because you offered more money, will also do the same to you.

I am honestly stunned at the point spread. It sounds like Indiana's dominance of some of the bad teams on their schedule have skewed the numbers and thrown off the Vegas algorithms. I just cannot fathom that they would be that much of a favorite. I'll give them credit, they did beat the two good...

I think losing Sheridan as a QB coach is actually a pretty big loss. Sheridan is a good football mind and very well respected within the industry. He also seems to have done a pretty good job with Ty, as he has improved a ton under his tutelage. I suspect he's a future head coach. However...

Yeah, I don't really understand why so many people call it a blowout. If you still have an outside shot to win with 7 minutes to go, then that's not a blowout. And if we just give up on the game with 7 minutes to go and punt, instead of going for it deep in our own territory, then it's only a 14...

I heard his comments and saw the social media stuff but I don't have any issue with it whatsoever. They can spend the 24 hours however they want as long as they don't go disrespecting our next opponent. Just don't poke any bears is all I ask.

I think a G5 playoff would be pretty cool. We'd get a lot more football and it would help restore some of the old luster of bowl season. It wouldn't look the same, but it could fill the current void. This bowl season feels pretty dead compared to 10 years ago when you look at the bowl schedule.

Tech would be easier than Oregon but I'm not afraid of either. I'd much rather James Madison get boat raced so we can maybe get rid of automatic bids if both these G5 teams get beat by 50.
