I felt bad for him, too. My "mommy" side hit when I saw his face...especially the second time. But the rest of me said, "He missed TWICE!!!! Wooohooo!!! RTR!!!!", and that was the end of that.

He may be a bit over the top but I think, if they still looked for good, upstanding character, he would fit the bill. Pavia's behavior is obnoxious.

I quit watching pageants after going to a local Junior Miss pageant a billion years ago. My boyfriend's sister was in it. We sat there horrified at what they had those teenage girls doing. Nothing bad, just stupid and embarrassing. All dressed in formal gowns but holding gigantic beach balls...

The family does seem a bit...spectator worthy.

It must be terribly frustrating to be in Berman's position. I'd have continued asking her the question she refused to answer. I'd call her out for spouting nonsense and I'd have trouble using those terms rather than words people can't say here or on news programs.

That must be extremely wearing. Thank you for dealing with it. I think it's a very good standard and appreciate it.
