With the inconsistency this team consistently plays with, I could see a loss at Kentucky, and still win out up to and thru Georgia. Beyond that it's a tossup although I do feel confident about playing the Mocks at home. Is Pavia returning for his 13th season at Vandy this year?

I think the culture was established when he arrived and coddled certain players to keep the roster intact. That is just my opinion.

So in most instances (where kid doesn't make it to the NFL) these players will graduate from college with a degree...quite likely a watered down degree because they did not attend class. Some will already have a leg up on the competition for jobs because they were a player for some CEOs...

Why stop there? Why not an MOU declaring them the CFP champion because...well ND!

This along with the other whining they've done over the CFP is reason enough to not want them in the SEC. They whine more than a roomful of toddlers that didn't get their snacks before naptime. I would be embarrassed if I were an alumni.

I can't wait for the day a 3-loss team is in the championship game against an undefeated or 1-loss team, beats them but still doesn't get crowned as champions because (pick one) A) more losses, B) losing team has "better loss", C) didn't run ball well, etc, etc... Oh well, this all doesn't have...

I have no problem with booing players (i.e entertainers, and nothing more) whether paid or not. They are there to do a job. They get "compensated" in some form or another, even if only having the facilities and resources to hone their crafts...which are at least partially funded with tax...
