I fear Alabama (and others) will follow along eventually. I'm working to get my employer to convert me to an NIL contract so I too can benefit from the tax break.

So what's the relationship between the LLC and the university? What's the tie-in? Could the LLC align with any university?

The Dems are only doing what Repubs do...whatever will get them votes at election time. Their tried and true constituents will still support them and that will most likely be enough to get them re-elected.

This is all we need at this point...a detailed top down look at government. This needed to be exposed. The actions need careful thought with regards to outcomes, not some shoot at the hip decision because that's how you run your business.

I disagree with who DOGE is going after in most cases. Most of these employees are just that...employees doing what they were told to do. Unfortunately, the ones they really should be going after are the untouchable elected officials.
