Freddie just wasn’t ready to be a HC. The t-shirt thing was as tone-deaf as an audible poot in church.

That said, I don’t understand how an NFL team can be that bad for that long. You get the best draft choices and the easiest schedule for 20 solid years, and still can’t do squat? Really?!?!?

That’s an organizational problem, not coaching, and not players.

In 10 years Freddie will look back, count his bank account, and thank the Good Lord he got out of Cleveland. There's a saying that "if 3 people fail in the same position, then it isn't the person, it's an organizational issue."

Lot of chatter that the Browns are very interested in Urban Meyer to replace Freddie
Wouldn't blame them, if they did.

But, these are the guys who drafted Johnny Football (along with countless other blunders), so one has to ask if Derpin' Urban is that unhappy sitting on the couch.

Looks like they have not learned their lessons.................

Haslam confirmed that chief strategy officer Paul DePodesta will be both stay in place and lead the search for the next head coach. Haslam said that the team is focused on coaches with NFL experience right now. That conflicts with a report that the team has strong interest in former Ohio State coach Urban Meyer as he has never coached on the professional level.
Check out that neat title: "Chief Strategy Officer".

So, that's what they say has been really going on. OK, got it!

Guess it sounds a lot more impressive than Jethro Bodine claiming he is "ciphering".
