I highly doubt the NCAA will allow this, especially this weekend. But after this weekend, SURE! It will make perfect sense to them. Will we be able to use one of the analysts in an on field role for this game since Coach won't be there?

I don’t think Sark would do that( blue font)Hope Sark doesn’t pull a Fulmer and use his interim status to stab Saban in the back and take over the head coach job. (blue font)
The coach at Jacksonville State has also tested positive and will miss their game Saturday.
Does he know something?
No idea, but there was an ESPN article that said that he only needs 2 more negative tests now. Maybe he tested negative yesterday/Does he know something?
I read that this morning. I took it as very encouraging. People should check that article out to find out how our staff goes about business during this pandemic. No idea, but there was an ESPN article that said that he only needs 2 more negative tests now. Maybe he tested negative yesterday/
For clarity: "But if Saban has three negative tests, including the second two in a 24-hour span, he could conceivably be cleared to return to athletic activities before Saturday's game in Tuscaloosa."No idea, but there was an ESPN article that said that he only needs 2 more negative tests now. Maybe he tested negative yesterday/
He doesn't say anything that isn't untrue. But, he's a UGA grad. It's hardly an objective opinion he has formed from inarguable facts .
if true, he should test every 15 minutes till he get there. No idea, but there was an ESPN article that said that he only needs 2 more negative tests now. Maybe he tested negative yesterday/
He tries and he's better than he used to be...He doesn't say anything that isn't untrue. But, he's a UGA grad. It's hardly an objective opinion he has formed from inarguable facts .
No. The rapid tests, unlike the PCR, do give false positives from time to time. This is known and expected. PCR rarely gives a false positive, though false negatives run in the 30% range on one of the more common tests. PCR is often used to confirm a true positive vs a false positive on the rapid test. Serial testing decreases the likelihood of a false negative since all three subsequent PCR tests are unlikely to be negative if it is a true positive. A false positive on the rapid means it was a false positive, not that it only lasted 72 hours. Let's not be ridiculous. So his case of COVID-19 only lasted 72 hours? Yeah, right.
He is much better now. However, he said the effect of Saban not being on the sideline is huge and while I agree it will not be the same it is not huge. Huge would be Mac Jones being injured and not playing. Hopefully CNS is on the sideline but if not we will be OK.He tries and he's better than he used to be...
Right. CNS has been involved in game prep and meeting with coaches like he normally would, just virtually. We should be fine and obviously have a great shot at beating UGA.He is much better now. I'm just not sure I trust anything that comes from a D1 program in this type of situation, with so much on the line.not that it only lasted 72 hours. Let's not be ridiculous.
