I hate abortion (in my eyes, legal baby murder) but I hate children going into adoption or foster care. What's the answer?
to not have an abortion if you don't want one and get the hell out of womb of everyone else
Part of the answer is free, readily available contraception.
Interracial marriage isn't specifically in the constitution either...
Is the life of the mother considered in danger if the mother is threatening to commit suicide because of the pregnancy?
The answer could be a reasonable time limit. Not partial birth, but not outlawed from the moment of conception.. We could say viability outside of the womb, or perhaps after 20 weeks, or even no 3rd trimester, with reasonable exceptions built in - like the health of the mother, and if a baby is incompatible with life - such as trisomy 18.
Not everyone will like it. But it is a more nuanced and moderate proposal - more along the lines with what the majority of our country wants. Straight down the middle.
Sex education. Ready access to contraception. You know, things that the GOP has traditionally championed.
Just remember, this decision falls squarely on McConnell and T

company I work for responded much the same way but also is allowing mid-term changes in insurance plans for those in HMO's that are State regulated in states that impose any sort of ban. Those folks will have the option to switch to a national plan where we are guaranteeing coverage regardless of where you live.

They are trying to undo the "abberation" of the Warren and Burger courts. I guess Fuller was the last legitimate court? Stare decisis if we're talking about Plessy? Maybe Taney?

Wow. I know that things were so bad in the 20's that Hugo Black had to join the Klan if he wanted a future. I guess they've always been craven politicians. He became a flaming liberal when Roosevelt was Prez and started back-sliding in his old age.
A fetus and a baby are two different things and the SBC agreed on with that until they turned away from science in the 80's and went the way of politics. A fetus isn't even viable until 24 weeks.
Plus add to that all abortions aren't equal. People will die because of this. All these total ban states will make D&C's illegal and women will end up dying after miscarriage. Mark that down. Hope all you "pro-life" people pray for all those "innocents."
I don't think so. It's definitely not the "Roberts Court." It's the "Trump Court," or, maybe the "Thomas Court"...
