Women's right to make their own medical decisions with their medical providers without state interference should not be infringed by democracy.
That is not and never has been the true purpose of democracy.
That's why we have a Constitutional Republic - and we can't forget the Constitution or the intent that it was to restrain governments at any level from curtailing rights and not to enumerate those rights.
No, the Constitution does not grant a right to make medical decisions, but there is no need for it to do so. That right is as eternal as the right to marry or the right to take a dump- neither of which are mentioned in the Constitution.

Oddly enough - the Constitution does not grant a right to be born. If we are to follow the original plain text meaning that right does not exist.

You can't argue on one hand that the right is not granted constitutionally so it therefore doesn't exist and then argue on the other that the Constitution need not grant a right for it to be.
