Charles. It can’t be a great 1st half if the teams are a combined 12% from 3 point range. It tough to score inside because both teams are packed inside just letting them shoot from outside.
I don't think that's solely NIL. I think it's the combination with transfer rule. Mid majors have become the minor leagues for the power conferences. Their good players get siphoned off and pushed upwards leaving a senior laden mid major team in the NCAA as a rare thing. We've certainly benefited from all of this. CNO has been great at it from the very beginning of his time here.I heard one of the announcers during round 1 say that NIL would create parity in the tournament. It has done the opposite. We might not ever see a 16, 15, or 14 ever win again going forward
If a bunch of SEC teams had gotten upset by lesser teams, somebody would have a point. However, not a single SEC team lost to a lesser team. The teams that have lost, were not heavy favorites. 14 teams got in and 8 won. Vandy and State came dang close to winning, so would they still say this if they had won?I see idiots saying the SEC is overrated. It can't be that overrated when 10 seed Arkansas advanced
Well there was Mizzou, but even that one was not that much of a surprise. Drake was a known quantity. If a bunch of SEC teams had gotten upset by lesser teams, somebody would have a point. Yeah, I filled out 6 brackets thus season. I picked Drake in 5. Mizzu got a bad draw for them.Well there was Mizzou, but even that one was not that much of a surprise. Drake was a know quantity.
I think that is another thread...Can someone tell me how in the …. does Will Wade still have an NCAA coaching job?![]()
Yeah....they have size If they arnt making the outside shotThat was a ole timey basketball game! Didn't know till I heard the other day, in the last 10 of 11 NCAA tournaments a 10 seed or lower has made a final four, Arkansas could be that team
