my guess is the totals aren't counting the "vacated" wins?

The SEC did a fairly good job on making the three permanent opponents relatively equitable.
Tennessee got the easiest break by dropping Florida and Georgia while keeping Vandy and Kentucky.
LSU is the only team without a permanent opponent that has won a national championship since the BCS era began.

For OOC games, we need to add Rice to finally get a win against them. Also Louisiana Tech since the NCAA stole one of the wins and gave us a loss. Also Northern Illinois. If we are going to cancel a few home and home games, might as well get some wins against teams we have a losing record against.
