Well, you now have people like Cody Campbell of Texas Tech saying that teams like Bama and AU will never win an NC again because they cannot raise the money to keep up with the teams who have money............so the disrespect is there all over, but its up to Bama to prove the skeptics wrong, and rather than throwing cash at a problem, its also smarter to be selective on how you spend that money...............Texas Tech has spent tons of cash, but what do they have to show for it?

So, disrespect all they want, and Bama needs to go to work

But the offense never really established a tough identity. And most former players and coaches will tell you do that in practice and your playcalling. We never had intention od being physical on offense. That's on the OC and CKD.

And BTW, I'm hearing there won't be a change in the OL coach...

That is unfortunate.............if the results are the same this season, then it wont bode well for the staff. They really need to rethink this

I didnt think there would be. He's riding or dying with the guy who literally couldnt get our OL to even slightly get better at any point in the season.

Campbell talks out of both sides of his neck but his true intentions are out on display. Indiana just proved you could win without entirely breaking the bank on players, so as much as I’d like to think a team that has the most money will win every 2-3 years, teams that can build with the most experience with players that fit their system will win out majority of the time. Texas Tech is no better than the Oregon’s of the world. A lot of money with no ROI.

People want to see us go away, but I hope CKD can use anything that will motivate them to return with vengeance next year.

I think that's what we want to see. A team that plays with toughness and meaness, which opponents don't want to see coming up on their schedule!!!

Just as I said with the LANK coalition- don’t play like garbage and get blown out by 20-35 points in championship games when it matters and people won’t “disrespect” you. Seems to me they are giving you your due. With the caveat that no team is as bad as their worst loss or as good as their best win.

We'll have to prove it on the field. The last memory people have of us is getting clown stomped by Indiana. But, at least we're in good company. Heck, we did just about as good as the San Francisco 49ers and that's a bunch of highly paid professional athletes that "should" be disciplined if they made it that far in the NFL playoffs.

Do the players feel disrespected? I doubt it. I started thinking about the kids still here, and who showed any level of emotion during the games.

So what if we don't get the "Bama Bump" anymore. We honestly don't deserve it any longer. But you know who didn't need a bump of any kind this year...Indiana.

Just go on the field and prove yourself game by game and all this other stuff takes care of itself.

Be in the top 12 or 16 or 24 or whatever they decide to go with and win every playoff game. You don't need to politic to be 1 or 2 anymore to have a seat at the table.
