Reading this morning that Freeman probably won't visit. Filelder (6' 11" 4/5) from Boise St. is supposed to be on campus today.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that he commits. He fits the system perfectly by playing the 4 or 5 and drawing opposing teams' bigs out to guard the 3-point shot.

He's been compared to Grant Nelson, but I think he's got a much better shooting stroke than Nelson's odd stroke. He's not a "heavy" guy at around 225, but he can clear the paint out when he's near the 3 point line!

Jasper committed to Oregon. I hadn’t heard them mentioned at all as an option but looks they can in to swoop him up. That isn’t huge loss but we do need some guys that can handle the ball.

Just saw on X from a couple of posters that Davion Hannah will go to the portal.

The speculation is that this is freeing up a guard spot.

I really liked Hannah's upside. He could jump out of the gym!

But his talent is unproven at this point, and I'm afraid this will become the norm for freshmen who can't make a splash their first year. They'll get replaced by a proven player in the portal.

On other side they say it's down between to Kentucky and Alabama since UCONN bowed out. So I think it's confusing right now..... Hannah in portal gotta suggest we're getting some body.
