Offense: JC Latham, Jase McClellan, and Jacorey Brooks. Whoever the starting QB, also needs to be a leader.
Defense: Kool Aid, Dallas Turner, and Malachi Moore.
This team will be young, and will need guys to step up and be leaders.
Wow, most are listed as being bigger then on the recruiting sites. Example, JJ listed here as 6'2 220, as opposed to 6'0 205 on recruiting sites. Hopefully, he can be a Harold Perkins type linebacker.
I wonder if Bama is looking at Anthony Lucas in the transfer portal. When he committed to Texas A&M, he said Bama had finished second in his recruitment. Be nice to have another former 5* on the DL...
Never too early, so here goes:
Offense
LT: JC Latham
LG: Tyler Booker
C: Seth McLaughlin
RG: Kadyn Proctor
RT: Elijah Pritchett
QB: Ty Simpson
RB: Jase McClellan
WR: Jermaine Burton
WR: Malik Benson
WR: Ja'Corey Brooks
TE: CJ Dippre
Defense:
DE: Tim Smith
NT: Jaheim Oatis...
I would say at this point, Ty Simpson. It will also depend on who the new OC will be. If Bama gets a creative OC, and a QB whisperer, I could see him developing Milroe to be a really good QB. I could see Simpson as the main guy, with a package for Milroe as well, because he is such a great athlete.
OC: Garrett Riley- Young, innovative, and creative mind. Doesn't hurt that his brother is the QB whisperer.
DC: Jeremy Pruitt- PROVEN. We have seen what his defense can do.
What a great recruiting class, especially of the defensive side of the ball. If they could now just get a DC who knows how to coach\game plan to put these great players in the best position to succeed!!
I was wondering if anyone here knows if he is going to return to Bama next year, or if he is declaring for the NFL draft? I would think for him an entire injury year free year at Bama would create more value for himself for next years draft.
