    Feeling tons better. Walking with no limp at all. Zero pain. Still giving myself a couple more days before I try doing anything. My next challenge will be hiking Panther Creek Falls.

    Probably correct about the no list. Do people really think there is a list where they took role call like they were at summer camp? From some of the posts on here the left seems to believe only Trump's name is on the list and no one else.

    People that don't know how to walk softly. There is a person that lives in my building that walks so heavily, I can feel the building shake. I live on the top floor and this horrible person walks like a herd of buffalo. How can you not tell you do this?

    I have injured myself again. Pain in my front upper leg about half way between knee and crotch. Hurts to walk
