Shannon Sharpe Praises Coach Saban In Debate With Skip Bayless

Skip Bayless has just canonized himself in the Church of Idiots. Go ahead and put him down in the books because it's official now.

Game Thread: Ole Miss v Hogs

when was the last time they weren't blown out in SECCG? Every single year the East gets run off the field.

Re: OFFICIAL BAMA vs. Kent State Game Thread, 1st Half... You're right. It's the new trend. All the kids wanna do it but it's not particularly useful.

Game Thread: OFFICIAL BAMA vs. WKU Game Thread, 2nd Half...

We can be an extremely dangerous team passing the ball. We got guys open all over the field and solid pass pro. If Hurts can learn to pull the trigger sooner and refrain from staring guys down, we may have to be a passing team this year. The way we're playing now, I'd pass every play.

Game Thread: Nicholls St at Georgia

We knew they were going to be iffy at the quarterback position. They need Chubbs to have a huge year if they're going to compete. I wouldn't make too much of one game. It is only CKS's second game as well as the second game for the QB. I think they'll be a contender in the East.

    Assess the Future of LSU

I don't think recruits are his problem. His teams are routinely loaded with talent. He can't get all that talent working together like CNS can.

News Article: Julio Jones is the NFL's Chosen One

It may be the only place in the NFL that could turn Julio into a bust. 'Tis a veritable factory of sadness.

Link: Derrick Henry Makes 'Big' First Impression on Teammates

It's very unfortunate that Henry is on the same roster with Demarco Murray. He'll likely be the de facto number two unless he has a monster summer. Hoping he somehow finds his way to another roster...

NFL Offensive Lineman - Article from cbssports - Chance Warmack included

No wonder Tennessee has been terrible lately. That scenario is mind-boggling. That guy must've read a lot of books on blocking, LOL. There's an addage that goes, "Those who can't do, teach." I would say, however, that those who couldn't don't teach well. It's hard to imagine Chance and...

NFL Offensive Lineman - Article from cbssports - Chance Warmack included

Good post. I was just reading an SI article highlighting the fact that NFL prospects' mastery of fundamental skills are deteriorating fast yet they have less time to develop them in the NFL. The article made exception for Bama players.

    2016 NFL Draft Thread (April 28, 29, and 30)

His mechanics are drool-worthy and he doesn't have any red flags. However, he hasn't shown much gamesmanship in my opinion. I think he had one upset win in his career. I'm not convinced that he's an elite competitor. But that's the NFL Draft. It's not about what you have done but what you...

Just a little pet peeve of mind I need to get off my chest for today.

Right. Somewhere entirely pleasant to visit. My friend once went on a "mission" to New Orleans and had the best time if his life. LOL.

2016 Election - Trump: How Did Trump Really Win the Presidency?

Re: Can Trump Really Win the Presidency? That's because to run a successful campaign you have to have millions of dollars, and to raise that money you have to make promises to all kinds of corporations and then you're obligated to serve their interests. Also, in order to be the POTUS, a...

2016 Election - Trump: How Did Trump Really Win the Presidency?

Re: Can Trump Really Win the Presidency? I don't think you realize how fierce burns the hatred inspired by this Donald Trump. He simply cannot open his mouth without pushing significant portions of the population away. You can only alienate so many people and win an election. Eventually...

2016 Election - Trump: How Did Trump Really Win the Presidency?

Re: Can Trump Really Win the Presidency? Perfectly stated, Selma. One candidate is pure self-serving ambition, the other is a childish ego maniac who views the presidency as yet another asset to acquire on his quest to become God. We're witnessing the most epic ego trip the world has ever...
